I was told I would receive a call when the part came in. Waited two weeks without a call, I called them and they had the part for a few days. They had my car for a month. I was good loaner car. It was very nice. My car was driven 39 miles at some point. That was a week before it was finished. Outside of car was washed, inside was dirty. Like someone used it.

We apologize for the miscommunication. Customer was not originally contacted because all the parts truly were not here yet. When customer called to check the status, the order was looked over and it appeared that everything was here. But unfortunately there was one part that was missed, it was on back order and was on its own separate page. This was not noticed until the vehicle was brought in for the repair. This is why we have service loaners and try to make sure that we have them for situations like this and luckily the customer was already scheduled to receive a loaner for the repair. The vehicle was test driven for 39 miles to confirm that everything is in proper working order, and also to confirm the original issue is resolved. This is a mandatory rule for any major repair such as the head gasket replacement performed.
