9:30am appointment for scheduled maintenance and oil change. They pretty much checked everything out. There for an hour. Happy with the service.

We have an available soda and snack vending machine right next to the VW service desk. The only amenities that we offer inside the waiting lounge are some small snacks and coffee. Unfortunately there just isn't enough room to have a setup to allow a vending machine or even an fountain drink setup in the customer lounge. Appreciate the feedback and am glad that the customer is satisfied with their service!

I was entirely put off by being required to sign a service order stipulating a charge of $126 upon entry to the facility. No explanation was provided. I was left with the impression that the $126 was the price of admission to the facility with any other service chares to be added there to. My expression of frustration was met with hostility by a woman behind the counter. Customer courtesy seemed to be seriously lacking rather than trying to understand my perspective on their document. A nicer person went out to the car with me and sought to assuage my anger at both the document and the woman behind the counter. Thank goodness for her.

Customer was advised that if the reason for visit is something that is not covered under warranty that our initial diagnosis charge starts at $126.00. We always try to be transparent with our customers and never want any surprises about cost for diagnosis or repair. This is why we mention this at write-up. The reason for signing the paperwork is to acknowledge that the customer is aware that these charges may apply and it also authorizes us to work on the vehicle and drive the vehicle if needed. We feel that it is much better to address this up front rather than a customer assume that something is covered under their warranty and then be surprised after the fact that they owe a diagnostic fee. During this service visit the issue was related to the engine oil cap not being installed correctly by whoever last serviced the vehicle for the customer. This had caused a large vacuum leak and in turn caused multiple faults stored in the ECM. We quickly found the issue, installed the oil cap correctly, cleared faults and verified that it corrected the faults stored. Due to this resulting in a quick diagnosis time the customer was only charged $63.00 for the visit.

This is the only service department that I will use to service my VWs. My service manager Tom and all of the technicians are excellent.
